Usually, but it depends on that supplier. If you want to work with a supplier that is not on the Vendor List, contact them directly and inquire if they pay travel advisor's commission. If they do pay commission, please submit a Support Ticket to us giving us the name of the vendor, their website address, and any contact person's name and phone number and we will evaluate them and decide if this is a company we wish to partner with.
Please know that it's always best to work with the suppliers on your Vendor List when you can. We have close working relationships with most of them and our preferred suppliers pay a higher commission rate.
We do not suggest booking directly with a hotel resort outside the continental US. They rarely pay commission promptly and can be difficult to work with. However, if you use one of the suppliers on the Vendor List to book the hotel, we already have a working relationship with them and it helps with the booking and payment process.
