If you've accidentally created two client profiles for the same client in your CRM you can merge them into one profile.

  1. Click on "Show Clients"
  2. From your Dashboard click the "Merge Client," button located to the far right of the page.
  3. Type in the client's name of the account you would like to merge and in the second box choose the account you would like to merge to and then click Save.
  4. A screen will come up and you will need to check the boxes of the items that you would like merged to the new profile.
