Why do I need a new email versus the one I used to sign up with Levarté Travel?

Several of our supplier partners require that new registrations use a business email address that has not previously been registered in their systems. To avoid any delays in setting up your accounts with suppliers under KHM Travel Group's credentials, we ask that you provide a new business email when completing your forms. *Note, your email address cannot include "KHM" or "Levarté". 


Will we have to get all new vendor logins?

Yes. 


Will our BDM’s all change?

Yes BDMs will change, however we will be introducing you to all of them. Plus KHM Travel Group has a group of regional coordinators that support each local market to highlight the local events and BDMs in each area.


How many vendors does KHM Travel Group register agents for when you sign up?

KHM Travel Group Agent Support team automatically registers agents with 8 vendors. (This is why we need a different email when you sign up.)


Do we have to redo our trainings when starting with KHM?

This is dependent on the supplier. Once you move over to KHM Travel Group, there are some quick start guides to help you move throughout this process. If you get stuck, Advisor Support is here to assist you on the eligible transfers.
